• As-Is, No Warranty: Dotly is provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer makes no guarantees regarding uptime, functionality, or fitness for any purpose.
• No Liability: The developer is not liable for any loss, corruption, or failure to store data, failed submissions to Workflowy, or any damages (including incidental or consequential) arising from use of the app.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you submit to Workflowy through Dotly. Do not use Dotly to transmit illegal, sensitive, or confidential material.
• In-App Purchases: One-time in-app purchases unlock premium features for lifetime use on the device where purchased. Purchases can be restored on the same or other devices using the same Apple ID, subject to App Store policies.
• Terms Subject to Change: These terms may be updated or changed in future versions of Dotly. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• Jurisdiction & Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, any disputes or claims related to Dotly are subject to the laws and courts of the developer’s jurisdiction. The developer’s liability is strictly limited as described above.
